Q:

Do your ProCHO™ Media contain hypoxanthine and thymidine?

A:

All of our ProCHO™ Media, doe not contain Thymidine and Hypoxanthine. So if the customer has a CHO Clone which is dhfr-negativ, he will need to add Thymidine and Hypoxanthine or otherwise the cells will not grow. If the customer has a CHO clone which is dhfr positive, he does not need to add HT.
