Please make sure that the tips you are using can reach the bottom of the 384-well Nucleocuvette® plate to make sure that the complete sample can be aspirated after nucleofection. Compatible tips are e.g. epT.I.P.S™ (Eppendorf, Hamburg, Germany) or TallTips™ (Matrix Technologies, Hudson, NH, USA).
