Primary Neuron Growth Medium - Adult is specifically developed for culturing adult primary rat neurons. This serum-free medium maintains pure populations of neuronal cells and allows for long-term maintenance and growth of cells in culture.
It is formulated from PNGM by the addition of CC-4511.

The complete PNGM-A kit contains:
- CC-3256 (PNBM basal Medium)
- CC-4462 (PNGM SingleQuots)
- CC-4511 (to formulate PNGM-A from PNGM)
