Could you extract cDNA from the lysed cells after detection using the ViaLight™ Plus BioAssay?

A:

The lysis of the cells with the Cell Lysis Reagent included in the ViaLight™ Plus Kit should not affect the DNA. Whilst we haven't conducted this experiment ourselves we cannot see any real reason why it should not be possible to extract the DNA after lysis
