The TRAP kit Lonza used in the past when testing Osteoclast differentiation/functionality is the Acid Phosphatase, Leukocyte (TRAP) Kit from Sigma-Aldrich (Sigma-Aldrich catalog no. 386A). Now, we are using our OsteoLyse Assay Kit PA-1500 for testing bone resorption of our Osteoclasts.
