For TheraPeak® Nucleofector® Solutions and Supplements, the certificate of analysis mentions a QC-Test "Volume". How is this QC test performed  (Extract volume test, weight variation, content uniformity?)
A:

The volume of the TheraPEAK® Solutions is tested for each batch as In Process Control (IPC) during manufacturing by our CMO (Topmedicare). The IPC is done at the beginning, middle and end of the filling process by using a measuring cylinder. This IPC has been validated during the process validation.
