The basic system is supplied with Sunrise Readers and supports both the Lonza Kinetic-QCL™ Kinetic Chromogenic LAL Assay (for example, P/N 50-650H) and the PYROGENT™-5000 Kinetic Turbidimetric LAL Assay (for example, P/N N688). The PyroGene™ Recombinant Factor C Endpoint Fluorescent Assay (for example, P/N 50-658NV) can be used by adding an additional Pyrowave reader on one side of the Pyrotec Pro. A software update might be needed to support this assay.
