Q:

Which mobilization regime has been used for the CD34+ cells from mobilized peripheral blood (4Y-101)? Can I also have the cells from donors treated with another mobilization regime?

A:

The mobilized peripheral blood used for 4Y-101 is derived  from peripheral blood mobilized with Neupogen® 10 mcg/kg/day x 5 days. The cryopreserved cells can be isolated from day 5 and/or day 6 collections.

It is possible to request cryopreserved mobilized CD34+ from other regimes (but only from the one already established) as a custom request. For custom requested, the entire lot has to be purchased.

UPDATE: Per PM, The Lonza Mobilized CD34+ cells (2Y-101 products) are Neupogen 5 day regimens
