Yes, we do have guidelines for bacteria transformation on the Nucleofector® Systems. However, not all models of the Nucleofector® System series are capable of bacteria transformation and have bacteria pulses implemented in the program list, only the Nucleofector® IIS Device or Nucleofector® 2b System.

For bacteria tramsformation we offered bacteria cuvettes (VKA-1001, 1 mm). This product has been discontinued 2022.
