Recommended Media

Pro293 Chemically Defined, Serum-free Media were optimized to support high-density growth and recombinant protein production in 293 human kidney cells. They are chemically defined to ease regulatory compliance and downstream protein purification. They contain very low levels of recombinant human insulin, and are free of animal-origin components.

TheraPEAK 293-GT® Media System is a drop-in-ready solution to support high-yield AAV productionin suspension HEK293 cells across a variety of transfection reagents, cell lines, and plasmid backbones.

The TheraPEAK® 293-GT® Media System, consist of two components: 1 L bottle TheraPEAK® 293-GT® Medium + 50 ml bottle of supplement

The growth medium is formulated to nurture HEK293 cells, supporting robust cell growth and viability. It is designed for use in both research and GMP environments, ensuring consistent results across production scales. It is developed with scalability and clinical manufacturing in mind.

This supplement is added at the time of transfection to support increased viral titer. It is provided separately to maintain stability and maximize its effect during the critical transfection step.

The TheraPEAK® 293-GT® Media System system is chemically defined, non-animal origin
