CD8+ T cell hybridoma resulting from the fusion of B3 and Z.8 (Karttunen et al. 1992). They express a TCR that specifically recognizes OVA(257–264) (SIINFEKL) in the context of H-2Kb. The cells carry a beta-galactosidase (lacZ) construct driven by NF-AT elements from the interleukin 2 promoter.
