Lonza CANNOT guarantee performance of Clonetics™ & Poietics™ Cells that have been cryopreserved outside of Lonza. To avoid loss of cells and forfeiture of your warranty, we recommend keeping cells in continuous culture without cryopreservation.
For customers that still want to cryopreserve those cells on their own risk, we have a guideline.The document below details the suggested cryopreservation protocol and media for most of our primary cell types. These are the same protocols and cryopreservation media that we use for these cells when cryopreserving the cells prior to sale.

However, as mentioned above, we do not guarantee for survival and performance of the cells in this case.
