Melanocyte Growth Media-4

MGM-4 has been optimized for the growth and proliferation of normal human primary melanocytes in culture. This medium system has been shown to deliver superior results as compared to other existing commercial media systems. Melanocytes in culture maintain >90% functionality based on the conversion of L-dopa to dopa-melanin. The melanocyte media system also allows for normal morphology and proliferative capacity after recovery from cryopreservation and throughout serial passaging.

Adult melanocytes also require the addition of Et-3 (CC-4510), sold separately
